NIGHTLY CHECKLIST
Check any items that were NOT completed by the bartenders during the previous shift.
Bus Tables (start at 10pm) - Remove all garbage/food/items from the tables and thoroughly wash the tops of all tables.
Stack Chairs (Both venues create stacks of 4 by the tables)
Complete Venue Walkthrough - gather any lost and found items, place items near the front door for guests to grab.
Burn Ice & Clean Ice Bin
Put away garnishes/fruit - seal if keeping for next day (if you are working the last event of the weekend, throw away all garnishes)
Wipe down liquor bottles & hard surfaces
Place black spout cover on all bottles
Pour bucket of sani water down the bar floor drain (prevents smells)
Run all bar mats, tap plate, ice scoop, mixer holder, jiggers, shakers, condiment trays, cups, utensils, etc. through the dishwasher (PLEASE PUT THEM AWAY AFTER WASHING)
Clean up and put away the NA Bar station - run the containers through the washer, place back on shelf (parts should go in bus bin on shelf)
Wash any NA Dispensers from the Farmhouse/Lounge and put away
Replace Beer Tap Plugs
Soak Coke Guns (please soak them in warm water)
Clean & Mop the Floors (Bar, Behind Bar, & Kitchen)
Restock & Organize both Fridges (Walk-in & Bar)
Put away the A La Carte Items - DIY DJ, Photobooth, Yard Games, etc. (anything outside)
Ensure the Mobil bar is properly put away and cleaned
Remove all empty kegs from fridge and place outside kitchen
Clean outside Kitchen - cardboard, straighten empty kegs, etc.
Take out the Bar & Kitchen Garbage/ Haul to dumpster - put in new garbage bags and place the garbage cans back where they belong
Make sure the dishwasher is OFF
Please close the lids of the Garbage(s) by Farmhouse Garage before leaving!
Bring in all Pines Equipment from the ceremony space
Pines WHITE - Unplug the Neon Sign in the Lobby
Venue Temps - make sure the venues are set to 69 degrees (cool in summer, heat in winter)
