Nestled on rural North Dakota farmland, the Pines is a short 10-mile drive from Fargo, ND. Home to two event center experiences, Pines WHITE & Pines BLACK. Both offer modern facilities, elegant design, and unique amenities.

FAQ

CATERINGChef’s Table is the exclusive caterer at the Pines. Their menu is full of value that’s equal parts delicious and beautiful! Buffets start at $16/plate + tax and gratuity, and plated meals start at $20/plate + tax and gratuity. A variety of appetizers and late-night food are also available. *apps, desserts, and late-night snacks can come from any licensed vendor or be purchased as prepackaged items (ND Cottage Food Law does not apply). 

BAR: All Pines rental packages include bar service and staffing, with NO BAR MINIMUMS! If you choose to provide complimentary hosted drinks for your event attendies, a variety of cost-effective options are available. For convenience and enjoyment, we also offer drink service to the prep suites!  *Only alcohol purchased from the Pines Bar can be consumed on-site! 

LODGING & ROOM BLOCKS: Courtyard Fargo and the Hilton Garden Inn are our preferred lodging partners! 

SHUTTLES: Because shuttle needs vary drastically for each event, our Event Managers will happily assist with shuttle recommendations!

VENUE LAYOUT: The venue layout is completely customizable to fit the flow and seating for each specific event. Dedicated venue staff will assist with conceptualizing event layouts and provide detailed facility renderings to assist with seamless event coordination.

TECHNOLOGY: Expert venue staff will assist with providing technical information regarding venue specifications for your event layout. Tech run-throughs can be arranged with the Pines Management Team prior to the event.

DECOR:  We pride ourselves on offering high-quality event centers, neutral aesthetics, and stunning blank canvases for you to personalize! Set up and takedown of all decor is the responsibility of the clients and/ or outside vendors.

EVENT INSURANCE: The renting client may be required to obtain Event Liability Insurance. You’re welcome to use your current insurance provider or one of the cost-effective options provided by the Pines Team. Contact an Event Manager for specifications.
