Nestled on rural North Dakota farmland, the Pines is a short 10-mile drive from Fargo, ND. Home to two event center experiences; Pines White and Pines Black. Both offer modern facilities, elegant design, and unique amenities.

The Pines is honored to be able to provide a space for building experiences that last a lifetime and curating memories! The Pines is honored to help you create an event space that highlights branding material, company values, and your overall event vision.

Both Pines Black and Pines White capture North Dakota’s rural rustic charm while offering the modern amenities of the city. Our venue’s main event spaces are perfectly structured for corporate events, specialty events, photo or video shoots, non-profit gatherings, and more!

Pines Rental Package Inclusions

Full access to the event center, surrounding grounds, or space specified in your rental agreement.
Access to detailed, Pines Event & Tech Dashboard.
Completely customizable venue layout with 3D renderings prior to the event.
Organized local partnerships with event vendors for catering, live streaming, video production, floral, and hospitality services.
Wired and wireless internet connections during the event.

Grain Designs Farmhouse Tables and chairs up to the capacity of the venue.
Fully Staffed Bar with no minimums!
Unlimited consultations and planning meetings with a Pines Event Specialist.

PINES BLACK

A modern industrial, event center with a black exterior. Pines Black can accommodate 345 people and features; an indoor gathering hall, auxiliary meeting space, VIP green rooms with prep suites, paved on-site parking, and thoughtfully curated photo opportunities throughout the property.

PINES WHITE

A modern, white, barn-inspired event center with a white exterior. Pines White can accommodate 400 people and features; an indoor gathering hall, ample outdoor gathering space, ample on-site parking with a greenery walking path to the venue, and thoughtfully curated photo opportunities throughout the property.

Corporate Events booked within ninety days from the desired event dates may qualify for the 90-day discount rates.
All prices and packages are subject to change until an agreement is signed.

Pines Black

Pines Black event center features high lofted white shiplap ceilings, exposed white brick columns, partial board and batten walls with slick sheetrock, ample natural light, and exposed concrete floors. The venue is equipped with Grain Designs crafted modern industrial sliding barn doors, and custom farmhouse tables with sleek black metal dining chairs.

Elegant chandeliers, indoor and outdoor cafe bistro lights, and dimmable venue lighting create the perfect ambiance for all events.

Our auxiliary hall features vaulted ceilings, a barn door entrance, floor-to-ceiling windows, and white padded chairs. Adjacent to the auxiliary hall, Pines Black offers a VIP green room and prep suite for event presenters and speakers.

Pines White

Pines White event center features high lofted white reclaimed wood ceilings, exposed white beams, board and batten walls, ample natural light, a massive all-glass garage door, and exposed concrete floors. The venue is equipped with Grain Designs crafted rustic sliding barn doors, and custom farmhouse tables with cross-back dining chairs.

Elegant chandeliers, indoor and outdoor cafe bistro lights, and dimmable venue lighting create the perfect ambiance for all events.

Our outdoor presentation space is a perfect mix of modern, industrial, and natural with permanent wood and metal bench seating. Natural, wooded backdrop with supplemental landscaping and concrete walkway. Steps away from the venue, Pines White offers a VIP green room and prep suite for event presenters and speakers.
