Nestled on rural North Dakota farmland, the Pines is a short 10-mile drive from Fargo, ND. Home to two event center experiences, Pines WHITE & Pines BLACK. Both offer modern facilities, elegant design, and unique amenities.

Rental Inclusions

  • Unlimited event consultations with a Pines Wedding Expert 
  • Access to detailed, Pines-specific wedding planning resources
  • Full event center access during the rental hours
  • Use of the dedicated prep suites (9:00AM until 6:00PM)
  • Event center audio system with a wireless mic 
  • Dedicated ceremony space (ceremony start time of 4:30pm)
  • Fully Staffed Bar (no minimums!)
  • Grain Designs farmhouse tables and chairs for up to the max capacity of the venue
  • Set-up of reception venue (tables, chairs, and Pines event inventory items)
  • Full access to additional event inventory including a golf cart, structural decor pieces, yard games, round table options, and cocktail tables
  • Use of the Pines grounds for your engagement photo session
  • Dedicated event staff that will help to make your wedding day experience enjoyable, stress-free, and fun!

FAQ

FOODChef’s Table is the exclusive caterer at the Pines. Their menu is full of value that’s equal parts delicious and beautiful! Buffets start at $16/plate + tax and gratuity, and plated meals start at $20/plate + tax and gratuity. A variety of appetizers and late-night food are also available. *apps, desserts, and late-night snacks can come from any licensed vendor or be purchased as prepackaged items (ND Cottage Food Law does not apply). 

BAR: All Pines wedding packages include 7 hours of bar service and staffing, with NO BAR MINIMUMS! If you choose to provide complimentary hosted drinks for your guests, a variety of cost-effective options are available. For convenience and enjoyment, we also offer drink service to the prep suites!  *Only alcohol purchased from the Pines Bar can be consumed on-site! 

LODGING & ROOM BLOCKS: Courtyard Fargo and the Hilton Garden Inn are our preferred lodging partners! Collectively, we are thrilled to offer a complimentary Wedding Suite and the best available room rates for your wedding guests! 

SHUTTLES: Because shuttle needs vary drastically for each event, our Wedding & Event Managers will happily assist with shuttle recommendations!

CEREMONY: Ceremony start time at Pines WHITE & Pines BLACK is set at 4:30pm!

EVENT INSURANCE: The renting client must obtain Event Liability Insurance. You’re welcome to use your current insurance provider or one of the cost-effective options provided by the Pines Team.

2. BOOK YOUR DATE & SIGN A CONTRACT – Interested in booking? Provide your full names and preferred mailing address to one of our Wedding & Event Managers to start the booking process. For effortless booking, you will be sent access to your digital contract and  your client portal (electronic copy of your contract, updated event data, and payment schedule)! 

*No date holds available – a signed contract and $1,000 damage deposit are due at the time of booking to hold your date (refundable post event). 

3. CONSULTATIONS/ PLANNING/ PORTAL – Let the planning begin! Our team is available for unlimited consultations along your planning journey. Additionally, you will be given access to our online Wedding Dashboard for helpful resources and endless inspiration!
