Nestled in the North Dakota countryside just a short drive from Fargo, our unique property is home to two remarkable award-winning venues; Pines White and Pines Black. Surrounded by trees and farmland, the Pines offers a tranquil and inspiring environment for your special event. The property includes vast open spaces, ample parking, outdoor gathering areas, and two unique event centers for your wedding or special event.

This stunning and unique rural setting is a premier host site for weddings, elopements, and events ranging from 25-400 people in the Fargo area. Whether you’re looking to host your wedding reception, your entire wedding day, or your next corporate event, we’d love to host you at the Pines.

Our custom-built, barn-inspired, event venues were thoughtfully designed to offer a timeless blank canvas for your event. The Pines venues feature everything you’ll need to create a memorable event experience; a wide-open floor plan with a welcoming reception area, elegant bathrooms, an expansive great hall, dedicated event prep suites, designated ceremony areas, and an on-site bar.

PRICING & PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

The Pines is honored to be able to provide a space for building experiences that last a lifetime, sharing your love with your closest family and friends, and most importantly curating memories! Our team is honored to help you create the wedding of your dreams!  

Both Pines Black and Pines White capture North Dakota’s rural rustic charm while offering the modern amenities of the city. Our venues are available year-round and are fully climate-controlled with separate ceremony and reception areas. There are no hidden fees or taxes, the rental rate is what you pay! 

Pines Rental Package Inclusions

  • Full event center access during the rental hours (9:00 am – Midnight).
  • Use of the Pines grounds for your engagement photo session.
  • Ample event center space so a ‘room flip’ is not necessary. 
  • Fully customizable layout options for the reception space – set up by the Pines Team prior to the event (tables, chairs, and Pines event inventory items).
  • Grain Designs farmhouse tables and chairs for up to the max capacity of the venue. 
  • Dedicated ceremony space (ceremony start time of 4:30 pm).
  • Indoor event center audio system with a wireless microphone. 
  • Dedicated parking lot with wheelchair-accessible spaces.
  • Large lobby with coat racks and an ATM.
  • Use of the dedicated prep suites (9:00 am until 6:00 pm).
  • Access to an outdoor patio area with cafe lighting and room for yard games.
  • Fully Staffed Bar (no minimums!)
  • Indoor & Outdoor Bar Options are Available 
  • Walk-in cooler space and access to an ice machine are available upon request.
  • Full access to additional event inventory including a golf cart, structural decor pieces, yard games, round table options, and cocktail tables.
  • Unlimited event consultations are available with a Pines Administrative Team Member.
  • Access to the Pines online Wedding Dashboard including detailed, Pines-specific wedding planning resources. 
  • On-site Venue Manager present from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm to help make your wedding day experience enjoyable, stress-free, and fun!

PINES WHITE

A modern, white, barn-inspired event center with a white exterior. Pines White can accommodate 400 people and features; an indoor gathering hall, ample outdoor gathering space, ample on-site parking with a greenery walking path to the venue, and thoughtfully curated photo opportunities throughout the property.

A modern industrial, event center with a black exterior. Pines Black can accommodate 345 people and features; an indoor gathering hall, auxiliary meeting space, VIP green rooms with prep suites, paved on-site parking, and thoughtfully curated photo opportunities throughout the property.

  • A $1,000 non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking to reserve your date. Payments thereafter will be broken into two 50% increments.

Pines Black

Pines Black event center features high lofted white shiplap ceilings, exposed white brick columns, partial board and batten walls with slick sheetrock, ample natural light, and exposed concrete floors. The venue is equipped with Grain Designs crafted modern industrial sliding barn doors, and custom farmhouse tables with sleek black metal dining chairs. 

Elegant chandeliers, indoor and outdoor cafe bistro lights, and dimmable venue lighting create the perfect ambiance for all events. 

Our auxiliary hall features vaulted ceilings, a barn door entrance, floor-to-ceiling windows, and white padded chairs. Adjacent to the auxiliary hall, Pines Black offers a VIP green room and prep suite for event presenters and speakers.

Pines White

Pines White event center features high lofted white reclaimed wood ceilings, exposed white beams, board and batten walls, ample natural light, a massive all-glass garage door, and exposed concrete floors. The venue is equipped with Grain Designs crafted rustic sliding barn doors, and custom farmhouse tables with cross-back dining chairs. 

Elegant chandeliers, indoor and outdoor cafe bistro lights, and dimmable venue lighting create the perfect ambiance for all events. 

Our outdoor presentation space is a perfect mix of modern, industrial, and natural with permanent wood and metal bench seating. Natural, wooded backdrop with supplemental landscaping and concrete walkway. Steps away from the venue, Pines White offers a VIP green room and prep suite for event presenters and speakers.

2. BOOK YOUR DATE & SIGN A CONTRACT – Interested in booking? Provide your full names and preferred mailing address to one of our Wedding & Event Managers to start the booking process. For effortless booking, you will be sent access to your digital contract and  your client portal (electronic copy of your contract, updated event data, and payment schedule)! 

*No date holds available – a signed contract and $1,000 damage deposit are due at the time of booking to hold your date (refundable post event).
