Welcome to The Pines Weddings & Events! Founded in 2018, The Pines, a wedding venue in Fargo, ND was born from a deep passion for hospitality, design, and creating unforgettable experiences. Nestled on North Dakota‘s countryside—just minutes from Fargo—our farm wedding venue is home to two thoughtfully designed Fargo wedding venues: Pines White and Pines Black. The Pines is surrounded by trees, open farmland, and wide-open skies, a setting that feels both serene and inspiring.

In addition to distinct wedding venues, the Pines 17-acre property features specially curated photo opportunities, green spaces, outdoor gathering areas, and ample parking,—allowing us to host everything from intimate celebrations to grand events of up to 400 guests. From your wedding day all in one place, to elopements, corporate gatherings and milestone celebrations, The Pines was created to be an all-in-one destination where unforgettable experiences happen.

Each of our custom-built, barn-inspired venues was intentionally designed as a timeless canvas—elegant yet warm, refined yet welcoming. Inside, you’ll find spacious layouts with inviting reception areas, grand halls, beautiful bathrooms, private getting-ready suites, designated ceremony spaces, and fully equipped on-site bars—everything you need for a seamless and meaningful event day.

THE PINES PROPERTY HISTORY

The Pines story, however, begins long before weddings and celebrations. Our  property is rooted in history as part of the historic Kennedy Bonanza Farm, dating back to the late 1800s. Once home to expansive 120’x120′ horse barns, a workshop, lodging for workers, a general store, and a main house, the land has long been a place of gathering and purpose. Inspired by the property’s quiet beauty and rural charm, it was thoughtfully reimagined in 2018 as The Pines Weddings & Events, with Pines White hosting its very first wedding in September of 2018.

Today, the Pines blends its storied past with modern craftsmanship. The Kennedy Bar in Pines White and the 120 Bar & Lounge in Pines Black (named after the 120′ horse barn) honor the land’s agricultural heritage. Handcrafted furniture and intentional design details—created by the talented Grain Designs team—bring warmth and character to every space.
