The Event Sales + Client Relations Manager position is a critical role in maintaining The Pines as a regional award-winning wedding and event venue. Key objectives for this position are to fill the Pines event calendar with events by conducting tours (20%), organizing event logistics and client management (50%), maintaining venue standards and facilities (10%), and working as on-site event personnel during weddings and corporate events (20%).
The Event Sales + Client Relations Manager position will work closely with Pines General Manager to effectively sell, manage, and oversee their assigned weddings and events at Pines White and Pines Black. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized with the ability to manage the logistical information of multiple weddings simultaneously. Additionally, the position requires a passion for customer service, and the ability to exude impeccable attention to detail and event logistics.
The Pines is looking to hire multiple, part-time, Venue Managers for our upcoming wedding season!
The ideal candidate should be energetic, well-organized, and have a passion for the event industry. Our Venue Managers are responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service to all guests at the Pines (staff, clients, guests, vendors, etc). The primary duties of a Venue Manager are to oversee the event day operations of the venue, including managing the designated building, act as the point of contact for clients and vendors, and assist clients with event logistics.

The Pines is looking to expand our service team and hire multiple, part-time, Bartenders to provide bar services to Pines Guests during events.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer service driven, and have a passion for providing exceptional service to all guests. Pines Bartenders are responsible for ensuring that bar service during events meets the Pines standards of care, Pines bars are prepped before service, and proper bar closing procedures are completed after all events.
