Venue Ceremony Information Ceremony Location Vendors
* The client (and hired vendors) will be responsible for all decorating and will have access to the Premises to start decorating at 9:00 a.m. the day of the event.
* No real flames are permitted. Candles must be fake/flameless. Flower girl petals must be REAL and need to be picked up following the ceremony. No nails, staples, tape, vinyl decals, or tacks may be used when decorating. Zip ties, Command strips/hooks, or fishing wire may be used for decorations. No confetti, pampas grass, glitter, rice, birdseed, pyrotechnics, or fog machines will be allowed.
* At the conclusion of the event, the client is responsible for removing everything the client (or hired vendors) brought in, including decorations and personal belongings. All trash and refuse must be disposed of in designated trash receptacles. Trash bins and bags are provided by The Pines.
The Pines requires that the client obtain Event Liability Insurance. Proof of insurance is due to the Pines fourteen (14) days before the event. The insurance required must have a limit liability of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence and a general aggregate of no less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00). The Pines Weddings & Events, LLC must be named as an additional insured of the policy.
a. If alcohol is served at the event, your policy must include liquor liability coverage. This coverage should protect you and The Pines Weddings & Events, LLC against alcohol-related accidents, as the client is ultimately responsible for the safety of its guests.
b. If requested by the Pines, outside vendors must also provide a certificate of insurance.
Food & Beverages
*REMINDERS: The Pines will not display, dispense, or refill food stations during events. Please provide plates, napkins, and utensils for all appetizers, desserts, or late-night snacks not provided by Chef's Table. *ND Cottage Food Law - Renters are prohibited from utilizing any vendor that falls under the ND Cottage Food License. All food served during Pines events must be provided by a commercially licensed vendor or be prepackaged.
Appetizer Vendor & Display
Please provide the name of the vendor providing your appetizers and a breif description of how they will be displayed (will you need a farm table?).
Chef's Table - Plated or Buffet?
* Chef’s Table is the exclusive caterer at The Pines. Desserts, social hour snacks, and/or late-night snacks are available through Chef’s Table or can be sourced from an alternative licensed vendor. *Chef's table will provide linen napkins, cutlery, and plates for all place settings. Plated Dinners - all items will be placed on the tables before the wedding. Buffet Dinners - napkins and cutlery will be placed on the tables, plates will be at the buffets. Buffet tables will be set up by Chef's Table staff during social hour and will be taken down following the dinner service.
Dessert Vendor & Display

The Pines provides one Venue Manager for every event. The manager will have the venue and lounge open at the contracted arrival time and is at your service for any questions, requests, or information you may need. Contact information will be posted throughout the Farmhouse/Lounge.
Farmhouse hours are from 9:00 am until 6:00PM. Farmhouse access post-ceremony is strictly limited to immediate family and bridal party members, guests are prohibited from entering the Farmhouse. All personal belongings must be cleared out of the Farmhouse at the closure time. Early arrival and/or late departure will result in a $200/hour damage deposit deduction. The client agrees to pay any expenses incurred from damage or the need for excessive cleaning (e.g. muddy carpets, immoderate garbage, or disarray).
Pines Black Lounge
Lounge and Prep Suite hours are from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm. Lounge & Prep Suite access post-ceremony is strictly limited to immediate family and bridal party members, the golf simulator will not be available post-ceremony. For guest safety and fire code, additional guests are prohibited from entering the Lounge area. All personal belongings must be cleared out of the Lounge & Prep Suites at the time of closure. Early arrival and/or late departure will result in a $300/hour damage deposit deduction. The client agrees to pay any expenses incurred from damage or the need for excessive cleaning (e.g. immoderate garbage, golf simulator or equipment damage, or other disarray). *PINES BLACK - SHARED VENUE DOOR WILL CLOSE AND LOCK AT 3:30PM OR IMMEDIATELY UPON GUEST ARRIVAL. EVENT GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE LOUNGE AREA.
Only alcohol purchased from the Pines may be consumed on the Premises. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit ($500 per occurrence).
All vehicles must be parked within the designated Pines parking areas (Pines WHITE - Grass Lot & Pines BLACK - Paved Lot). Overnight parking is available in the designated lots only.
