NO BYOB: All alcohol on the Pines Property must be provided and served by the Pines. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed!

In accordance with North Dakota state regulations for venues that hold their own liquor license, we do not allow outside alcohol at The Pines. All alcoholic beverages must be provided through our licensed bar services.
Yes! A minimum of two bartenders are included in all our rental rates. If your guest count exceeds 300 people, a third bartender will be provided to ensure excellent service.
Yes! Please visit with our Client Relations Manager organized bar services during your Thursday rehearsal! There is no additional charge for this option!
Yes – All rentals are required to provide event liability insurance with liquor coverage as part of our rental terms and conditions.
Our team highly recommends using a service called Wedsure.com for your event insurance. It’s reelable, user friendly, and cost effective!
Untapped kegs and unopened full cases of wine may be returned and refunded with a small restocking fee. Please contact our Client Relations Manager for specific questions regarding our unused product guidelines.
