You are cordially invited to our second annual Pines Weddings & Events Expo on Sunday, April 14, 2024, from 12:00 to 4:00 pm! Come explore the FM area’s top wedding and event vendors, and surround yourself with local creatives who can help you curate your dream day!

This event is FREE to attend, but registration is required! Want to save some time at the door? Click the link below to register your crew ahead of time!

Whether you are a current or future bride (at the Pines or elsewhere), this expo is designed for all. Invite your bridal party, friends, and family to join you in discovering local vendor options, sip on some signature Pines cocktails, and gather endless inspiration!

This event is near and dear to the hearts of our team and because of that, we are excited to be offering THREE massive giveaways for event attendees. You must be in person to register for these giveaways and winners will be drawn on Tuesday, April 16, 2024!

Do you want to experience the magic of the Pines for free? If your answer is yes, then we invite you to stop by one of our registration booths during the second annual Pines Weddings & Events Expo to register for your changes to receive a FREE WEDDING RENTAL. 

Are you already booked at the Pines? Great News! You still qualify for this prize! See below for details.

The winner of this giveaway can pick any date, during any year and will receive a Wedding Rental Package for FREE. The winner of this giveaway will be drawn and contacted on Tuesday, April 16, 2024!

Giveaway Details

  • Must be 18 years or older and submit their registration in person during our Expo (located in the ceremony space at Pines Black). 
  • The winner of this prize will receive an IRS 1099 form at the end of the calendar year.
  • This giveaway can not be gifted, given away, or transferred.
  • Already booked at the Pines? – You will be given the opportunity to receive a refund of your rental, or use already submitted payments as a bar tab for your wedding!

PINES BAR TAB

Are you already booked at the Pines and want to have an EPIC wedding reception?! Then this giveaway is for you!

One lucky Pines couple will receive a $2,000 bar credit to be used during their wedding reception at Pines Black or Pines White! The winner of this giveaway will be drawn and contacted on Tuesday, April 16, 2024!

Giveaway Details

  • Must be 21 years or older to qualify for this giveaway and must register in person during our Expo (located in the ceremony space at Pines Black). 
  • The winner of this prize will receive an IRS 1099 form at the end of the calendar year.
  • This giveaway will be presented as a bar credit and can not be used to custom order alcohol.
  • The winner will work with a Pines Client Relations Manager to determine the usage of the credit.
