CRAFTING COCKTAILS
COMPENSATION: $17/hr + event day credit card and cash tips

All staff must also maintain a valid Cass County Servers Permit and provide a copy of it upon employment.

Bartender: Shifts are primarily Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 4:00 pm – 1:00 am. Shift frequency is heavier in May through October each year with sporadic shifts available November through April.
Venue Managers will receive venue training, service expectations, event flow education, and shadowing shifts before independently leading responsibilities.
Bartenders will be hired based on experience and venue specific education will be provided upon hiring.
We maintain a polished, professional appearance standard. Staff are provided with dress guidelines specific to their role to ensure consistency and elevated presentation. Overall, staff are typically asked to wear all black outfits, with comfortable footwear for long standing shifts.
