What is a Pines consultation?

A consultation with a Pines team member is a one-on-one meeting (in person or virtually) to ask questions, review your wedding day details, and start envisioning your day. This meeting is all about helping you feel confident in your decision and ensuring you know your next steps on your planning journey.

The best part? We offer unlimited consultations – so you’ll always have the opportunity to meet, review plans, and make adjustments as your wedding vision evolves.

How It Works

1. We Get to Know You

Every couple’s vision is unique – so before we talk logistics, we want to hear your story. How did you meet? What’s your dream wedding vibe? These details help us tailor the consultation to your priorities.

2. Talk Through the Details

We’ll review:

• What’s all included in your rental package
• Vendors + Specs 
• Guest Count + Venue Layout
• Pines Policies 
• Wedding Day Timeline 
• Ceremony Layout + Timeline

By the end of your consultation, you’ll leave knowing that our team has all the details, answered your questions, and you’ll have your next steps lined up in your planning journey!

When should you have a Consultation? 

Step 1: Book Pines Black or Pines White for your dream date! 

Step 2: When you have about 60 – 80% of your vendors booked, let’s meet!

Step 3: Final Consultation 

2 to 3 weeks prior to your wedding day, a Final Consultation is required with our team to ensure all your details are ready for our on-site Wedding Day Venue Managers!
