When people picture their wedding at The Pines, they’d usually immediately picture the reception space, maybe the ceremony space or the dance floor. But once the music starts and guests really settle in, there’s one place that your guests will go to over and over again – the bar. Here at The Pines, our bars aren’t just there to serve drinks. They’re designed to fit the space, keep the night flowing, and make it a real party that they won’t forget. So let’s walk through everything you should know about our bars and their features. 

First Things First: Don’t Worry, We’ve Got the Bar Service Covered

A commonly asked question we hear is: “Do we have to pay extra to use the bar day-of?” Short answer – nope. Our bar is included in the price you pay for the venue, as well as the bar staffing that comes with it! Here at The Pines we hold our own liquor license, which means all alcohol is provided and served through us, and two professional bartenders will be running the bar the day of your wedding. That way, you don’t have to worry about the not-so-fun stuff like permits, staffing, or logistics – you just get to enjoy to worry about what you want to drink, who you want to drink, and when you want to drink it!

Better yet – there are NO bar minimums. You’re never required to hit a spending threshold, which gives you a lot more freedom to design a bar that actually fits your guest list and budget.

Two Venues, Two Bars, One Experience

One of the things many love most about The Pines is that we have two different venues to choose from on our property, and each space has its own personality. Each venue includes a bar that matches the aesthetic and energy of that venue while also making sure that the guest experience is consistent.

The 120 Bar – Pines Black

If your event is in Pines Black, the 120 Bar will be your friend all night. Outside of the broad variety of alcohol that we offer in our bars, it is well-liked because of its stylish, moody, and modern look. It pairs perfectly with the venue it is apart of.

The Kennedy Bar – Pines White

Over in Pines White, you’ll find the Kennedy Bar — bright, welcoming, and perfectly suited for that classic-yet-fun wedding or event vibe.
No matter which venue you choose, your bar feels intentional, well-staffed, and seamlessly woven into the flow of the evening.

Let’s Talk Drinks

Catering to all of guests, especially when it comes to what they drink may be difficult, your Uncle might like domestic beers, your Mom might like white wines, your bridesmaids might be really big fans of tequila sunrises – there are a lot of different people with different tastes. One of the best parts of bar planning at The Pines is that you it doesn’t have to feel so limited, you get options without it feeling overwhelming in the process.

You’ll choose from a variety of:

• Wine
• Rail Drinks
• Mixers

And if you want to add signature cocktails, we’re all for it. Some couples do a “his & hers,” some pick a drink that fits their theme, and some just choose their personal favorites. There’s no right or wrong – t’s about what fits you and your crowd.

And something couples love hearing: there are no bar minimums. You’re never required to spend a certain amount just to have bar service. You choose what makes sense for your event and your budget.

Build Your Own Bar Package

We know every event is different, which is why we offer a Build Your Own Discount Package. Here’s how it works:

• You choose the beverages you want to offer
• You can bundle bar services with other venue offerings
• You’ll receive built-in savings, typically between 5–15%

You can also decide if you want:

• A fully hosted bar
• A limited hosted selection
• Or a mix of hosted and cash options

We’ll walk you through the pros and cons of each so you feel confident in your decision.
